Colorful Insalata Caprese
  • 1 cup cherry-sized bocconcini
  • 1 pint cherry/grape tomatoes in a variety of colors
  • 2 Tbsp. Sunny Olive Traditional Dark Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsp. Sunny Olive Basil EVOO or medium to robust extra-virgin olive oil
  • 10-15 large fresh basil leaves
  • sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Thread a toothpick with 1 tomato, 1 basil leaf, and 1 piece of bocconcini. Arrange on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
